History
In the 1940's, Art and Lorena Kinney began their business career with a
greasy spoon diner called the Eagle Lunch on north Jefferson in
Springfield, MO. With the purchase of the diner came a jukebox and
pinball machine for customers' entertainment purposes. The Machines
actually out-earned the restaurant, so they continued to buy more and
more until they ended up with an amusement route, and that was the start
of Kinney Amusement in 1948. Sixty-two years later the family
tradition continues with its third generation running the business.
